Hi. Does anyone have any leads on body molding clips for subject car? 4dr.
Many Thanks.
There is a company in Pennsylvania called Restoration Specialties that I would start with. They have a lot of different clips. https://www.restorationspecialties.com/Categories_c_430.html
If you don't find what you need there, you can also try Quirey Quality Design. You'll have to manually look at the old Goers' catalog linked on their home page, but there are clips specially made for this era of car. https://quireyqualitydesign.com/
Lastly, you might also try the clip rack at your local Napa to see if there is something that will work, even if it does not exactly match the original.
David provided good advice. Another option, depending where you live, is to visit a body shop / auto paint supply store. If they don't have what you need, they may be able to recommend a local source. It's also possible a body shop that has been in business a long time will have a supply of old clips they would be only too happy to find a home. Good luck!
