It looks like you are off on a good deal of body repairs. When does the drivetrain (V-8) transplant happen?
I don't know. It's all gone slower than I expected..
I think we're all familiar with that story unfortunately ???? 19 years and counting on my '56 Fireflite to get it restored.
Something to keep in mind in your timetable. It will be much easier to convert the engine and trans with the front clip (fenders, hood, etc.) off. You will not want to get involved in this work after your body work and painting is done.
