One of the decisions made during the recent board meeting at the annual convention was to create a Club presence on Facebook.

There is a LOT of DeSoto related activity taking place on Facebook, and many of the people there are not club members, so we're missing out on good stuff.
In addition to the club's page, there's already a lot of activity going on on pages such as "The Ultimate 55/56 DeSoto Page", and "DeSoto; Proud

I just "liked" the page. My advice to someone new to facebook would be to take your time and set up the privacy settings when you sign up. They're pretty simple, just take a little time. I've got mine set to where only "friends" can see what I've got on there. And you do NOT have to put a picture of yourself on there if you don't wish to.
