Here are latest photos of interior still not complete though.  Head liner (done), two door panels, rear seat back are looking good.  Hoping the car will be done in mid November.  Ready for local Xmas parades.

Good to see the upholstery shop is moving along! I recall at the convention that you were a little frustrated that you were unable to use the car.

Thanks for posting progress.  Would make a nice Christmas present if completed in time for local parades!

Upholstery is  almost done.  Can't wait.  It's been 9 months. (That's on top of the 20 months in restoration/modification.) I hope the shop will have it done by the end of March. Note: Battery is in the trunk and hidden under the box.  The box flips open to access battery compartment.

Thought I should show you what the interior looked like in July 2022.  The green plaid is actually a seat cover that was on top of the original fabric seat cover.  I thought the green seat cover was original until we started restoration.  I found the tan striped fabric that is on the doors underneath the green.  Regardless, the fabric interior was in really  sad shape.  I do remember Mom and Dad using quilts over the front seat in order to not get covered in seat stuffing.  She's come a really long way...

I'm glad to see it's finally coming together! I know you were quite frustrated with the timeline of the interior work, especially in regards to last year's convention.

I like the interior the way it was...just kidding! 😀 That is some nice work on the interior, dash, and trunk. Keep the updates coming. Hoping your next update shows the car out on the road!
