If you're looking for authenticity, Auto Custom Carpets is usually a sure bet. After a quick search, it looks like you'd have to order yardage and then have the carpet sewn/installed by a local trimmer.

For headliners, Acme Auto Headlining is also a good source, and often has very accurate patterns in stock and can sew up your headliner ready to install.
