1949 De Soto Custom Convertible (project)
I stopped by the Hotel a few weeks ago, checked it out, and I am happy to say, I think it is a great place to hold the 2013 Convention. Roomy, and very little traffic congestion. I might add also, it is about one hour from my house.

Just made my reservations for next year. It took a minute of searching, but the cheery and helpful clerk who assisted me found our group and the special rates. Here is some more information about the hotel and room rates:

Wildwood Lodge is a 99 room boutique hotel and is located in Lake
Elmo’s Eagle Point Business Park. Only 20 minutes from MSP Airport, it
is five miles east of downtown St. Paul on I‐94. It has complimentary
internet access, a fitness center, an indoor atrium pool and whirlpool. A
large room with openings onto the pool deck and the lobby will serve
as the registration room and the club store. All rooms in the hotel
have been set aside for us. Rate $105 for 2 queens or king, suites $135.
Convention room rates apply on Tuesday for early birds (also Sunday).
There are several meeting rooms on the lower level for board and
membership meetings.
I too, have made my reservations.
Because I live so close, I will be bringing a LOT of my Desoto memorabilia to sell. I have some rather large things, as well as small year, specific items.
