My 55 Fireflite was converted to 12v, and when I first got it the Temp Gage didn’t work. I replaced the 6v “rundle” gage resistor which had gone bad, and the gage started functioning again, but it registers too hot, with “normal” being over to the hot dot on the gage. I tried a new engine sensor, but that didn’t fix it.
Has anyone tried recalibrating one of these, and if so, how was it done?
