:P
Does anyone have a radiator shroud for a '57 or '58 as seen on the air conditioned models?

I need one for my '57 if anyone has one that's up for grabs. 8)

Happy DeSotoing!

Rosy,

Since your car is a Firesweep, would a fan shroud from a '57 - '58 Dodge also fit?

Rosy,

I pulled out my '55-'58 MoPar Parts Book and found the following:

1) The fan shroud for your car fits all '57 & '58 Plymouths, Dodges, Firesweeps and '58 Chrysler Windsors. The shroud appears to be made up of two identical pieces identified as upper and lower pieces. The MoPar p/n is 1686463.

2) The six blade A/C fan is p/n 1735941 and appears to be the same six blade fan used on all '57 -'58 MoPars with A/C as well as '57 Firedomes and Fireflites w/o A/C as well as '57 - '58 Chryslers and Imperials w/o A/C.

Good luck with your search!

Mark

Thanks, Mark!

Good info, as always!

I think I might have a lead regarding a shroud...fingers crossed.
