Notify the webmaster of your user name preference (Johnathon Doe vs. John Doe, etc.), preferred email address, and password request.
Since the Board of Trustees has made a monetary decision to only print the membership roster every other year I would like to make a suggestion to the Board of Trustees to discuss in their next Board Packets the option of providing a link to the membership listing. This link would be setup just like the option if a member would like to have access to the monthly NDC Board Packets that are sent out by Bill Noble to discuss issues and any changes that are being suggested for the trustees to consider.
Also to cust the cost of the roster instead of printing this on the Jan issue everyother year I woud also suggest that when printing it could be done on regular paper instead of the high gloss paper and then the club would not be spending $6000 to print the newsletter and the roster in the same issue.
Someone from the Board would need to look into the cost option and also the option and setup of how to make the membership listing available via an online link but this would only be available to a current member and not the general public.
All opinions are welcome, so lets all have some input on this issue. The membership listing also listed members that can provide assistance if someone broke down when driving. But since we now only print it every other year then the new members would not have this information.
