Unregistered users may browse the website, but in order to participate in the forums and view select pages (such as "Club Contacts" and "Classified Ads") a user account is required. Click HERE to email the webmaster and request a free account. The National DeSoto Club uses real names rather than pseudonyms. Notify the webmaster of your user name preference (Johnathon Doe vs. John Doe, etc.), preferred email address, and password request.
Well folks, I have been given the green light to assume the responsibilities of webmaster for the NDC.
I've been in the background for a week or two playing around, and also creating some new user accounts, and I'm pleased to have not completely crashed the site (yet)!
I don't anticipate many changes coming quickly; I'm still getting familiar with the Drupal software that the site is based on.
Soooo..... let me know if you have any questions or ideas, and I'll do my best as I get familiar with things to be responsive.
It's best to PM me if you want to reach me outside of a regular forum post. Incredibly, I haven't figured out how to get mail sent to the "webmaster" to come to me, outside of the link I created in the text regarding requesting a new user id.
