They do not have a part number of their own. They are part of the taillight lens assembly.
Years ago I pulled a NOS lens out of a sealed box and all three had fallen off in the box.
They are clear plastic that has been vacuum metalized on the inside then glued onto the lens. The glue did not expand and contract at the same rate as the plastic parts and they fell off.
I think to get them you will have to buy the lenses with the Chevrons on them from Desoto George in Australia.

Well...that explains why I've seen those lights with and without those chevrons. I've always wondered why I've seen them both ways.
Thanks, Lee!
I was surfing Ebay Australia today to see if I could find parts for my 1956 Australian built Desoto Ute and ran across an auction for the chevrons by themselves.
I do not believe that Desoto George???
They have them miss listed as fitting the 61 also and the sell them in sets of three so you would need to buy 2 sets to make a pair but at least they are available.
