I am posting this for someone else in hopes that someone might be able to help.
"Hello -
I am researching a building that once held the CP Stephens DeSoto dealership in Phoenix Arizona. It is on your list.
I really need to find some photos of the building when it was the dealership.
Can you suggest any locations for photos of old DeSoto dealerships?
thanks,

Lee / Doug,
A good place to start would be publicly accessible photo archives. Since the location is in a large city like Phoenix, it's a good chance the local public library system has online access to some of its photo archives. Other places to look would be local universities, Chamber of Commerce, auto dealer's association, etc. I killed a few hours on the web one evening searching "DeSoto" in a variety of online photo collections and was amazed at the interesting photos found, many of dealers or dealer activities.

Evidently they are looking to restore the building to like it was built in 1928?
I found this on the web (about half way down)
