1955 2 door Sportsman
Purchased new by my parents
Lt. Blue and White
V8 Hemi engine
About 140,000 miles
Automatic transmission
Am (tube) radio
Last driven in 1974+/- and garaged since
Currently located in southern Maine
Mouse damage
Engine last started in about 1988
6 volt system
Chrome is in good shape
$3000 or BO to a DeSoto enthusiast

Additional info regarding this car. The current owner, son of original buyer, called me to discuss. The outside photo above was taken in the late '70's when the car was on the road. Car in garage was taken within the last 30 days. Here is the owner's contact information:

Due toe the sentimental value, he would really like to see this car in the hands of someone who will either fix it up or use it for parts on another DeSoto project. He does not want it hauled off for scrap.
