Lynn,

According to '55-'58 MoPar parts book, the MoPar p/n for the RH side exhaust manifold is 1407719. This p/n does not apply to any years after 1955, but fits all '55 models, Firedome or Fireflight. However, according to the '46-'54 MoPar parts book, this same p/n applies to the '53-'54 Firedome. So, you can expand your search to any '53-'55 V-8 DeSoto RH exhaust manifold. If you search eBay or Craigslist (go here for nationwide CL search: http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/mash2.cgi?cat=pts ) you should be able to eventually locate an exhaust manifold being sold by a hot rodder working on a DeSoto hemi and not interested in the stock manifolds. Good luck!

Mark

Thank you so much for the information. We have several that might have 1956 but did not know if that would work. Our 1955 has hemi
291 ci. Original motor with car. I will pass this on to Roger. Trying to get it fixed before the convention. Thanks again.

Look for any '52-'55 DeSoto V-8.

Good Luck
Steve
