Last but certainly not least, are the cars in the Winners Circle. These are previous best of show or best of class winners, display only.
Oh yes, after my towing adventures on the way to Branson, the ride home was very uneventful. We arrived home with daylight to spare.
My thanks to Fred Roman, Tim Michel, Joe Youngblood, and Dan Dolan for their assistance unloading and loading our '55 in Branson.
Already planning to "rinse and repeat" in 2019 and tow to Kansas for the driving tours being planned.

Mark,
Thanks for the update and overview of your experiences at "DeSotos in the Ozarks". Your assistance in so many of the venues is sincerely appreciated as are those of many other club members.
The enormous success of this event deserves credit where credit is due and basically it stems from all the member who participated and supported the NDC National Convention in Branson as well as those behind the scenes - Stone Castle Hotel and Convention Center, Chamber of Commerce, Titanic, Scenic Train, and the Auto and Farm Museum in particular.
The show site lended the opportunity for lots of folks outside the DeSoto world to view these fine cars and ask questions. One comment in particular I heard was "I didn't think this many DeSotos still existed!"
"It's delightful, it's delovely, it's DeSoto"
