I noticed in the close-up photo of the speedometer, that the last digit, .9, is in red. I thought that this meant that the speedometer has rolled over 100,000 miles - right? So the mileage should be listed as 128,590.0; not 28,600 miles! Still, it's a nice looking car; I just don't have an extra $10,000 lying around - lol.

Bill, I have never seen that digit red before. So I do not know. You have an interesting catch here. In my opinion, the car looks mostly restored. I cannot believe the seats have original covering. When shown inside, the paint is too fresh. Nice car though if it runs well.
Bill, I haven't heard that about the last digit turning red. But, is that seat material correct? I am not all that familiar with the '50 but some things about the interior doesn't look correct. I could be wrong but I have doubts about the carpet and seat material .
The description leads me to believe that the interior is represented as original, but it never really specifically says that it is.... just "excellent", along with the dash.....
At 85% original, I would have assumed the interior to be original as well, but agree with other comments that it just looks too nice to be so.
It's supposed to be fun!
