I've become an expert on remaking these wheels and I can tell you that the outer rim is made of very crappy, brittle plastic and this wheel appears to be full of cracks..in any case maybe priced too high. maybe the horn ring and button is in great shape. At the price, I'd demand a money back guarantee.
