That is right 68 is not a typo.
It is a 1968 Desoto tanker truck from Thialand

I always thought they looked like something a high school shop class would make. some flat sheet metal and a press brake.

I kind of like the panel truck myself but I have owned 5 panel trucks and sedan deliveries over the years so I like the style anyway
