I had good luck at a local clutch and u-joint shop. I took the yoke and the entire shaft to the shop and after he confirmed he couldn't find the parts, he made a new shaft with easily sourced parts. That was for a '56 Fireflite.
It was very affordable.

Steve's suggestion is a wise one. Such local driveline shops do this sort of thing for heavy trucks all day long. I recall years ago I had my driveshaft balanced at one of these shops. The fact that it was from an old DeSoto made no difference to them; it was just another driveshaft.
