I just received access to this site and thought I would post a pic of our 1957 Desoto Firesweep. Just under 42k actual miles with original drive train. This Fin car gets more attention at car shows here in Arizona than any Hemi Muscle car I own.

Beautiful! Welcome to the website!
It's supposed to be fun!
1949 De Soto Custom Convertible (project)
Beautiful car Dennis. Dad was a DeSoto - Plymouth dealer and I remember him having one like yours only reversed in color. And, of course, didn't have the wire wheels.
I'm with you 100% regarding the attention these cars get at shows and cruises. My '60 Chrysler got, and now my '59 DeSoto get, more attention than almost any other car. Although my Viper got lots of attention, it never got "Best of Show" at any event but My DeSoto did.
Hope to see you in Branson this August.............sure would be nice to have this beauty at the National.
