Does anyone know the actual paint name or code for the silver grey metal parts on the interior of a 1950 DeSoto Deluxe? Restoring complete interior and would like the original color for the dash and door metal parts.
Usually interior parts don't have specific paint names or codes, at least not that were ever shared by Chrysler Corporation to the public. Your best bet is to either take a piece in somewhere to paint match it yourself (I just had to do this with my '59 dash trim) or see if somewhere (such as an O'Reilly's) can scan a good section of paint and procure a custom paint formula for you.
