For Sale: 1951 Desoto Wagon $3500 In Denton TX, just north of DFW. Body is pretty straight. Needs floors and rockers. No engine or transmission, but I've got a '50 Dodge transmission and a flathead, remanufactured engine that has never been fired that I might be willing to part with.
This is a very cool car, a great restoration candidate or ratrod, and is quite rare. According to the Standard Catalog of American Cars, only 1637 were produced.
Please call me at 940-367-2143 if you're interested. I'm a big Mopar fan, but I've got more projects than I'll ever get to, and this one is too good to just sit and waste away.
Thanks!
Tom
