Try Diamondback tires out South Carolina. They ride better than my old Cokers but none of these type vintage tires are inexpensive.

How did you completely cure the problem? The choke works as it should.
Cranking 20-25 revolutions when cold 7-10 days sitting,2-3 revs after start up.
