I have front and rear seats from my 1950. They were covered shortly after the car was purchased. Parts of the cover was solid, part was a mesh that allowed dirt to go through. Pictures are attached. The cloth is in great shape with no tears or wear. I am looking for advice how to clean these seats without damage.

I would think maybe a carpet cleaner would be a good option to try? That should be gentle enough on the fabric while also getting some water and cleaner into the fabric. You may need to help it out with some 409 or something as well to get all that dirt to come out.
