My restoration is moving along and I'd like to find some NOS or reproduction tail light lenses for the 60 Desoto.

George Laurie down in Australia makes beautiful (and not cheap) reproductions that come with the chevrons installed.
George is a one man show making many products for our cars and sometimes allows himself to get over committed. I have always ordered early, and given George a reasonable lead time, asking if they would be available by some date 3-4 months in the future. He takes payment at the time of order. Others have been frustrated by the production time, but if you politely check in with him a couple of times I have always found him to meet my reasonable production schedule.
email him at georgelaurie@bigpond.com

Thanks for your response. I've done business with George before for the 59 Firedome I had and the current Adventurer. He's always responded to email requests within a couple of days and mailed what I'd ordered slowly, once it took 8 months and a couple reminders, but he delivered nice parts.
I contacted him in April and again in July trying to get his lenses but have gotten no response from him. I even offered to buy 2 sets of his repro tail light lenses because I'm sure there's others that could use them.
He was offering various other year parts for sale on the FL website... which made me think maybe he's reducing his inventory and getting out of the business all together? IF that's the case I hope he sells his molds to someone that can take the business over.
In the meantime, I'd still like to find some NOS or possibly some of his repop lenses that someone is not needing.
It's not as easy for me to come up with the name and contact, but I think there's an outfit in Sweden that has been fabricating high quality plastic parts, too. I'm not as familiar with their inventory.
Are you aware of anything similar?

Hi Tim, that would be KPUSA in Sweden, here's their link: http://www.kpusabil.se/
I sent them an email back in June and never got a response but have sent another.... we'll see if they return the call.
In the meantime... still looking.
