$175 for the whole engine (minus carb, starter and generator). I live in central MN about 80 miles NW of twin cities. Phone # is 320-828-1752. It's not seized but I really don't know the condition otherwise. The head looks good as well as rest of it. The sediment bowl on the fuel pump is broke but that's no big deal.
