I have for sale a Standard Complete transmission for sale. It was taken out of a 1940 Desoto.
The main body number on the case is 853853-2 and on the tail shaft end the number is 853880-6. I have verified that this will fit from 1940-48 the above listed cars. This trans doe not have the emergency brake band attached to the emergency brake drum on the end of the tail shaft.
I am asking $100 or best offer. I can bring this to the Hershey swap meet in October to save on shipping. I live near alley forge PA.
