There's a two-page article in the July 2018 issue of Hemmings about a 1958 Adventurer convertible. Most of the article talks about the Mopar hemi engines - which I find ironic since none of the De Sotos from 1958 through 1961 had hemis. Usually, somewhere in these articles, the proud owner of the feature car is identified - but I didn't see a name anywhere for this '58. I couldn't get a good look at the license plate, but it might be from New York and it looks like the first three letters are SAM. Any idea who owns the beautiful car? Just wondering.

Bill,

I am not sure of the owner's name, but that car used to be owned by Tom White for a long time before a customer bought it and paid for the restoration to be completed. I believe the owner lives in Canada if memory serves correctly.
