Sorry to hear that you must sell your DeSoto, Dane.
But best of luck with the sale - really nice car for a lucky someone.
What is wrong with people?
I have had three people commit to buying my car, claim to have wired the money, then nothing.
Is this normal?
Dane Sharp
I would say they aren't members of the club
Rick
You are correct, none of them were members.
Just blowing off steam.
Sorry to say, but every time someone claims to be paying for a purchase via wire transfer, it is a scam.
Demand cash on pick-up, payment in US dollars only. Have your testing pen handy and a few well armed buddies within range.
That's the way it is.
Good Luck
Steve
