Would you like to have the Roster online for Club Members Only
Rick, I prefer not to have it on line. If you decide to do so, the members should be able to have their info updated first. I do not bank or pay bills on-line. There is just to much to be concerned about. I will buy something here and there from secure websites but that is about it. I would not want my address available for someone to hack into and obtain. My 2 cents.
Well, at least I'd know where I could find it. Sometimes I can't find my roster issue in all my organized piles that seem to accumulate in my office.
It's supposed to be fun!

I think it is a good idea and don't have a problem with it. But, let those who are concerned about someone discovering their name opt out. Les
It would be only assessable buy club members only
I must have learned the same organizational procedures that Tim uses.
I was having trouble posting on the website and it took me over a week to find my roster issue. (you wouldn't believe all the other stuff I found!)
I wouldn't mind having the roster online available to members only with the caveat that people who have concerns or just don't want to be bothered could opt out.

I agree with Paul.
Have a nice day
Steve
This day and age, much of our personal information is available online anyway if you know where to look.
I would like my contact information posted online and available to other club members.
Write your response on the back of a P215/70/15 white-wall tire and send it too:

I tried, Lee, but I couldn't get a stamp to stick to the tire.

Lee thinks he is Click and Clack.
Thank you Steve. Security folks recommend you shred everything with your name and address on it even though a lot of SS #s can be found on the Internet. The thing is the xtra info being out on the Internet makes identity theft easier. Any hacker could get into this website and access all of that easy info. I do not think Rick can make it Secure inexpensively.
I was fairly open and even had my location listed in the Discussion pages. It is not right now but not by my choosing. It got lost with the advent of the new website - I guess.
I will admit to being pretty much computer illiterate so maybe someone can explain this to me. How does putting your name, address, phone number and year of DeSoto you own on line put you at risk of someone getting your SSN or bank account number? I just put Paul's name on White pages and got his address, phone number and age. That info is already on the internet so why would Paul be any more at risk if that info was in the roster on line? I also got all of that info out of the Adventure's roster issue which is available to anyone with access to the magazine. I just don't understand how this info that would be in the roster puts us at anymore risk than we already are.
Great. Now we turned Les into a computer snoop. And he was such a nice guy.....

Better be careful what you say Tim. I know how to go on line, find out what year DeSoto you have and then I can steal all of your money. Les
Well, I suppose if Les can snoop around and find this info so easily anybody can.
