Hi Rick. I very seldom PM anyone but really needed to tonight. And I do not find where this is. Please help.
Also, the time - UTC. Is that for our International members? I seem to get US members that are 8 hours ahead of me in AZ. How does that happen? We have had this forever and I just ignored it but since I am potentially on embarrassing myself on the PM question - I may as well take care of this other question. Thank you for all you do Rick.
UTC seems to be the more "modern" way of saying "Greenwich Mean Time" (zero point being England). Don't know if this helps you or not?
Go to your "User Control Panel" to "Board Preferences" to "My Time Zone" to see the choices for setting your time zone, and below that you will see yet another box where you can also make appropriate changes regarding daylight savings time.
You are in Arizona? = "UTC - GMT" daylight savings time notwithstanding. Below is a blurb I found:

Hope I understand you correctly - are you asking how to send a "PM"? Here's how to do so - sorry if I've misunderstood.
To PM someone, first log in to this NDC site, pick on the name of the person to whom you wish send a private message, and their "Personal Profile" will then show up on your computer screen. Look below their name, and you'll see another box that has an area where that person can place their "e-mail address" if they wish to do so - below that are the letters "PM". Pick on that "PM", and a message box will show up. It looks pretty much the same as the boxes that show up on the regular "Discussion" forum where we type our public messages to each other.
Another way of sending a "PM" to someone who belongs to this site, is to find a post that was already made by that same person in the "Discussion" forum. Make sure that you are logged in to the site - open that post from the person you wish to "PM" like you normally would if you wanted to read any post - you will see a small box that reads "PM" just below the body of their post. Pick on that "PM" and a box will open that will show the message that that person had left on the public forum. Just type your "PM" message into that same dialogue box, and then press send.
Hope this is helpful.
Thank you Rosemary. The site has more than I thought. I did not know I could pick my Time Zone. I was totally looking in the w.rong places for the PM. I will get it now
You're most welcome, Paul!
Glad I could be of some help.
