MoVenture

I received the below e-mail from a Brad Lowrey wanting to know if any of the NDC members would be interested in doing the 2011 MoVenture. Does anyone know anything about this event and/or Mr. Lowrey? I went to Mopar.com and MoVenture is indeed listed.

Let me make it clear that the NDC is NOT endorsing this event - we just want to share it with you in case you're interested. Unfortunately, if you are interested, you don't have much time to get your video entry in since the deadline is 29 June.

Here is the e-mail from Mr. Lowrey:

My name is Brad Lowrey and I am the Social Media Community Manager for Mopar. In case you or your members didn’t know, we’re looking for a score of Mopar Fanatics who want to win $5,000 in Mopar Accessories and aren’t afraid to get dirty trying. We’d like to see members of the National DeSoto Club represented! Would you mind sharing this info with your members and/or share it in your online forum?

MoVenture pits 10 pairs of Mopar Fanatics in a 5-day, cross-country adventure that’s part road rally, part scavenger hunt and 100% fun. You’ll be driving the latest Moparized Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT vehicles on an all-expense-paid (including round trip travel) rally from the Motor City to Golden, Colorado, where you’ll be the guests of honor at the Mopar Mile-High Nationals. Along the way you’ll be challenged at every turn to show just how far you’ll go to win the $5,000 grand prize.
