I'm unable to get the interior roof lights to work on my 60 Adventurer. The dash switch seems two have two positions, one for the dash map light which works, & the second position is for ??? Are the roof lights wired directly to the doors or is the second position on the switch for the roof lights which I can't get to work. The wiring color code in the shop manual dosen't jive with what I see.

Thanks

Torry

If you turn the headlight switch all the way to the left until it clicks the interior roof lights should come on. There should be voltage to lights at all times with the door switches and headlight switch simply grounding the circuit. The wire colors to interior lights should be yellow and pink.
