I did not get my issue from the printer in the National Desoto Envelope until August 2nd and also on the same day I also got the replacement issue from the newsletter editor.
So I did not have an opportunity to even vote for any trustees because the cutoff date had past which was July 28,2018.
I do not think that the local postoffice held up my issue.
So my state is PA and south eastern section of the state and the zip code is 19403 as you have asked in your posting.
Received my copy on Saturday 9/1/18 Valley Forge PA 19403
