Here’s a pretty basic question I feel a bit moronic even asking. On my ‘55 291 Hemi, should I remove the SP washers or leave ‘me on? The shop manual says something like no need for spark plug “gaskets” because of the SP tubes, but the prior owner left the washers on, and the guy at Bernbaum’s said he always leaves them on the plugs too.
