Has anyone every seen of or know of this car in the color photo?

Addendum...
Turns out that the car in the color photo is not a Desoto but a Nash. The historian of the Chrysler T&C club used it for descriptive reasons but did not note it on their web site. He wrote me back and stated that as far as he knows no other photo of the prototype exists, other than the B& W photo, and the car was scrapped.
So, the only thing to go on is the B&W photo.
