We have received official notification that we have been assigned the same two site numbers or vendor spots that we had last year. This years Hershey Flea Market is scheduled from October 10-13, 2018

We need help from the members to support the staffing of the National Desoto Clubs information table. Les P and Rich Hartung staffed the site last year.
Since we now have advanced notification we are asking for members to step forward to volunteer a few hours or any time that they can help with.

Tim the information was sent in time to be posted in the last edition of the Adventurer issue, but someone, and I do not know if it was any board members, but there was a decision to not post the information.
I was told that the information will only be posted in 1 Adventures magazine, So I guess the information about the Hershey site is not that important for the club members to know.
Just wanted to provide you with an update.
Also from this date 5/15/2018 Les Pesavento will now be the point of contact for the Hershey event and also will be responsible for obtaining any and all of the required information and event report that will be needed to be sent to the Board members.
I have officially stepped down from being the point person and Les will be sent the site pass when they are sent to me.
