I just put my cursor in the address field of the page I want to paste, making sure that the entire address is highlighted. Then I press and hold down the CTRL button and simultaneously press "C" . That copies the highlighted information.
Now in the body of this text I'll again press CTRL and press "V". That pastes what I have copied.
