What is the recommended part and procedure from installing a dual master cylinder on a 1956 Firedome to replace the single cylinder.
Does NAPA have a good part for this?

They may have made a change in 56 but I switched my 55 by ordering new master cyl on line from centric for a 75 dodge dart stock no. 130 63018. I have non disc and non power brakes so it was a bolt on. I had to adjust the push rod a tad and bleeding the system and adjusting the brakes is no picnic. but it worked perfectly. Run the front brakes to the rear port and the rears to the front. modify the splitter fitting on the frame to plumb this. let me know if you need a diagram. arthur2@comcast.net. dave
