One thing that is driving me nuts about my '55 is the driver's side door is sagging. I have to pull it shut, then roll down the window and give it a strong pull to get it to fully latch. Anyone have tips on repairing this?

Your hinge(s) might be worn and will have to be repaired or replaced.  First check to see if the hinges are tight both on the door and the body.  If they are, proceed with the following - with your door partially open, lift at the back of the door up and down and see if there is "play" in the hinges.  If so, that will require removal of the hinge(s) for repair or replacement.

Good luck and hope this helps.
