It looks like your pump was "fixed" by somebody that didn't know what they were doing.
You might contact Automotive Friction ( http://www.autofriction.com/ ) and talk to them about it. It might be able to be rebuilt by somebody that knows what they're doing....
A used pump is likely going to need to be rebuilt, anyway.
