I received an email and a brief followup phone call from the producer of a radio show called "Horsepower for an Hour". This coming weekend the show will be including the DeSoto brand, promoting the club a little, and pointing interested people in our direction.
Here is the content of the email, which included some information on where and when you can tune in if you're interested.
Hello National DeSoto Club,
I am Producer and Host of one of Americas largest Automotive Talk Radio shows called "Horsepower for an Hour". We are going to be discussing the 1953 DeSoto Firedome next weekend on our national broadcast during our "Clash of the Classics" segment.
I intend to direct listeners with Desoto interests to your website and was hoping I might be able to speak with someone from your club early next week to be certain my information is correct. Our show is heard all across America on more than 150 radio stations including the American Veterans Radio network as well as our digital app for smartphones.
I invite you to tune in to the conversation via your local radio station. For a station near you, please reference our affiliate station ID here:

I sent an email to the GM of the show offering any way that I could help the effort.
This should be some great exposure for the club.
