Any thoughts as to what year (or decade) this is from? its on a flag pole and is pretty big, 56" x 36" and is double sided. I just got done giving it a bath in the tub and after it turned the water brown it looks much better than this photo. I figure I will make a stand for it and display it with my car at shows.
