I got a call from someone that found a 1936 Airstream that had been in a barn for 30 years. He didn't know anything about the car or DeSoto's. I looked at it and it is very solid and straight. It was in Southern Utah and doesn't show any rust. All metal is solid and the car is pretty much complete. Speedo shows 51,000 miles and the car looks like that might be original mileage. I wrote down the info on the data plate and am hoping some of you with the books can decipher it for us.
