Convention travelers
If you are traveling in Indianapolis on the way to the convention, US 31 from Indianapolis to Westfield has a lot of construction. If you are going up US 31, use Keystone Avenue. It merges with US 31 North of Carmel and has no stoplights between 96th Street and 131st Street. I would also avoid using I69 around rush hour in Indianapolis. Traffic is terrible!
