For the past several years now, I've taken with me to our conventions some old coins - mostly pennies, but some nickels and dimes - that are as old as our De Sotos. I don't have coins for each year, but I do have a lot of them. My thought is that I would give one of these old coins to the owners of a De Soto that is the same year as the coin so that the owner can then have a coin in the car that is as old as the car is. But I'm usually too busy (Trustee business, judging, counting the judging points, taking photos, etc.) to catch the owners with their cars. So if you have your De Soto at our convention this year, find me and we'll see if I have a coin for you and your De Soto.
