Some friends just got back from a cruise vacation and sent me pictures of a DeSoto by the docks. It must be a local car based on the license plates.

That's cool. I had a call from Aruba about a year ago or so about woodgraining the dash of a '49.
The owner wondered if the dash could be touched up, because it was still pretty nice. Nothing ever came of it, so maybe he decided to keep it the way it was.
This could be the one!
