This morning I received the official application card from the Hershey region of the AACA. The Hershey region is the club that runs the fall swap meet and car show.
The cost is $90 per a 10 x 30 foot space. Since the Board has approved the process to apply for a site the current treasurer is going to need to send me a check in the amount of $90 for the space.
I am also waiting hear back fro Les P our president if he wants to also get a second site that would be directly next to the NDC site. I will need to apply for both sites at the same time. The deadline to send in the funds is August 7, 2017. This still does not guarantee that we get a site or even two site next to each other.
Also we are going to need help and volunteers to help with the staffing of the vendor spot. We will need help on Thursday an Friday Oct 5th and 6th. The site would not be staffed on Saturday since most people go to the car show.
If you are interested on volunteering even an hour and could also indicate what day and time that you really help the club. Les and Rich can not be asked to staff the site for both days, we need help.
