The AACA's "2013 National Award - Post War (Car) - Central Division" was given to Mr Blackwell, the owner of the ever-fabulous '56 DeSoto Adventurer, restored to perfection by our own ever-fabulous Tim Bowers of Stellar Restoration (Kansas).
Those AACA judges are TOUGH. They don't fool around, so this award is very impressive IMHO.
Many of us have seen this car in person, and I think we can all agree, it is over-the-top BEAUTIFUL.
Congratulations to Mr Blackwell for his excellent taste, and to Tim Bowers for showing the other guys how it's done!
