I rebuilt my 361 engine & having a hard time getting the engine to crank. Is there another starter I can swap to with more cranking power? The starter part # is 1779955.

Just purchased a refurbished 1779955 starter that being in a warehouse for 40 yrs. Seems to be the best choice after trying to locate the other parts the starter needs.
